MILITARY RECORDS RECOVERY AND RECONSTRUCTION
In 1973, a tragic fire engulfed the National Personnel Records Center, resulting in the loss of between 16 and 18 million files. Today, almost 51 years later, only 5 million records have been recovered or reconstructed. At Ashes to Honor, our paramount objective is to pay tribute to the courageous service members who endured some of history's most grueling battles. We firmly believe that their honorable dedication and sacrifices for our nation must remain etched in memory. It is our solemn duty to ensure that every servicemember affected by this heart-wrenching tragedy receives the full extent of recognition and support they rightfully deserve.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Your donations enable our investigators to access records nationwide, spanning from Missouri at the NPRC to Washington, DC at the National Archives. Your support is invaluable to us and greatly appreciated as we work tirelessly to honor our service members. Thank you for considering contributing to our cause.
